At RugnCarpet, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully review the return and refund guidelines for the different products we offer.

1. Rugs

We understand the importance of choosing the perfect rug for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • The rug must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return Process:
    Contact us at info@rugncarpet.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Once we receive the returned rug and verify its condition, we will process a refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.

2. Mirrors

Mirrors are fragile items, and we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely. However, should there be any damage upon delivery, the following policy applies:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery:
    Customers must inspect mirrors immediately upon receiving them, before the courier leaves. If the mirror is broken or damaged, report it to the courier and refuse delivery, or contact us right away at info@rugncarpet.com while the courier is present.

  • Replacement for Damaged Mirrors:
    If damage is reported and verified before the courier leaves, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If the damage is not reported before the courier leaves, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.

3. Shoes and Slippers

All shoes and slippers offered by RugnCarpet are custom-made and personalized for each customer.

  • No Returns on Custom Orders:
    Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns for shoes or slippers unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your shoes or slippers arrive with any defects or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or exchange once the issue is verified.

4. General Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please email us at info@rugncarpet.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
