1. Rugs
We understand the importance of choosing the perfect rug for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

The rug must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Custom-made or personalized rugs are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:
Contact us at info@rugncarpet.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.We’re happy to assist you with your return. Please remember to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request our return address. Once you have the address, the item also needs to be shipped back within those same 14 days, and the tracking number shared with us.
Unfortunately, returns that are shipped after this period cannot be accepted, so we kindly ask you to complete the process within the given timeframe. Thank you for your understanding!

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item. - Pillowcases returns are not accepted.
2. General Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please email us at info@rugncarpet.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
